Sip 'N Sublimate: The Private Experience is a 3-hour interactive merch-making workshop where you create your own custom design to sublimate onto a blank product (most commonly drinkware). You get an extra hour in comparison to our traditional Sip 'N Sublimate experience! Not only will you be sippin' from your new cup, but our events are BYOB friendly! So bring your favorite friends and your favorite bottle, and come have a good time!

Fun is guaranteed in this hands-on class. This workshop is structured in steps to make sure we have enough time for merch-making, mingling, and selfies at our photo wall.

STEP 1: DESIGN

You will begin this workshop by creating your very own custom design to put onto your blank cup, shirt, ornament, journal, or candle jar. You will have access to my collection of graphics, fonts, and color palettes to let your creativity shine! Make your design personal, make it funny, make it sappy, or make it crappy! Your imagination is the limit. No artistic skills are needed. I keep class sizes small to ensure I can help each of you bring your vision to fruition should you want my help in the designing process. And if you're not feeling very creative, well, then, you can start with a template from my catalog of products and personalize it to make it unique to you!

STEP 2: PRINT

Once you finalize your design, we will print it on special sublimation paper with special sublimation ink. We cut the design just right, tape it to your product, and get it ready to be heat pressed.

STEP 3: PRESS

Watch the magic happen as I press your product with our commercial grade sublimation equipment. When it comes out of the heat press, your design will be permanently infused into your new merch!

STEP 4: MINGLE

Let's be honest. This is a laid back, fun fest! We are mingling (and sippin') the entire time. Once your new product cools from the heat, indulge in some selfies at our photo wall to show off your new merch. It's your opportunity to tell the world, "I Got Merchie!"

I keep class sizes small in our traditional experience (5-10 guests per class). But in the private experience, you can bring up to 16 party guests! Plus, you get the entire event space to yourself!

Your private party fee includes one blank product of your choice for each person in your party. You can bring up to 16 guests! You'll get 3-hours of merch-making fun and complimentary soda and coffee. You'll also get my guidance as you create your own custom designs to put on your products, and you'll get to see the magic happen as I heat press your designs to your products!

Oh, and our events are BYOB friendly! So bring your favorite friends and your favorite bottle, and get ready to mingle.

When you book a private Sip 'N Sublimate experience, you choose the blank product each person in your party will make. We will have your blank products ready for you when you arrive.

Bring your design ideas! Our design time is limited, so it helps to come with an idea or a theme for the design your group will create. You will use my collection of graphics, fonts, and color palettes to bring your ideas to life. And I'll be there to help you achieve your vision.

If you want to bring your own image, logo, or photo, you can do that too. But have it ready to go and make sure it's not blurry. High quality 300dpi for printing is best for good results.

Also, the space is yours, so bring your party goods! You are welcome to bring your own catered spread, beverages, music playlist, video to cast to our television, photographer, gifts, or anything else you need to make your party great. You can even decorate our space for your occasion. Work with our recommended vendors or your own!

Sublimation printing is a special process where sublimation ink is permanently infused into our blank products (most commonly drinkware) via a commercial grade sublimation heat press. The product is printed with your custom design and remains beautiful, vibrant, and smooth. No vinyl, decal, or sticker peeling!

In this 2-hour workshop, you will get to see the sublimation process in action as you design and make your new merch!
