Can you put a gift message in the package?

Yes, we can ship your gift directly to your recipient's address and include your gift message in the package.

Before adding to cart, you can check the "This item is a gift" checkbox so that we know this item is going directly to the gift recipient.

Then, when you add to cart you can leave the gift message in the message box on the checkout page. We will print it and include it in the packaging.

Can you change the colors and wording on cups?

We can change the wording or font colors for you on most of our cups. Most product pages have an entry form for you to note your request. If you have any questions about customizing your order, feel free to reach out to us at any time!

Do you have colored tumblers?

Currently, we only have white tumblers with a glossy finish. If you need something special, feel free to reach out to us to see what we can do.

What printing method do you use?

Our cups are sublimation printed, which is a special process where ink is permanently infused into the cup. No vinyl, decal, or sticker. The cup remains smooth and glossy and the design will not peel.

Our clothing is heat pressed with either a DTF, DTG, or Screenprint process. See the individual item description for more information about that particular item.

When should I receive my order?

Production Time + Shipping Time

The combination of our current Production Time plus the Shipping Time can provide you with an estimate of when your order should arrive.

The Production Time is the estimated number of days it should take before your order is put into the mail. You can find our current Production Time in the Announcement banner at the top of our page.

The Shipping Time may vary by location. Standard Shipping is typically 2-5 business days. Priority Shipping is typically 2-3 business days. However, those estimates are not guaranteed by the mail carrier.

Due to our quick production process, cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. Please reach out to us right away with cancellation requests.

What if there is a problem with the item I receive?

Your satisfaction is Anne's top priority. That's why she is very picky about quality and strives to get it right for you the first time. Although she inspects every item she makes before it leaves our shop, we understand that rare situations may arise. If you feel you have received a defective item, please contact us right away with your order number and a picture of the item so that we can work with you to resolve the problem!
