Design Your Jar
Put your current vibe onto a candle! You'll start this session by creating a custom design for your jar! Use our collection of graphics, fonts, and color palettes to come up with something uniquely you. Let your creativity, or your humor, shine! Be snarky, be cute, be rude. One look at our product catalog and you'll see we don't judge!

Heat Press It
When you finalize your design, we print it on sublimation paper with special ink. We cut the design just right, tape it to your jar, and get it ready for the heat press. Watch the magic happen as your jar cooks in our industrial sublimation equipment. When it comes out of the machine, your design will be infused into your new candle jar!

Fill Your Jar
Next up, it's time to fill your jar with some serious vibes! Pick your fave scent from our fragrance selection, then mix it into your melted wax for the perfect blend. We’ll wick your jar, then pour in that wax magic, locking in all the good smells. The best part? You get to take home your totally custom, handmade candle!
Enjoy Our Studio
Vibe out in our studio while you craft your perfect candle! Sip, mingle, and catch up with your squad as you enjoy this session. Don’t forget to snap some selfies at our photo wall and show off your new merch—it’s all about the memories and the vibes!

Don’t forget to BYOB, and bring your fave snacks to make your candle-making session even better! Whether it’s wine, beer, seltzer, or your go-to goodies, bring whatever makes the vibe perfect for you. Come get creative and enjoy the whole experience!

Get ready to fulfill all your crafting obsessions! You bring the creative vibes, we’ll bring the heat press magic. Design your dream piece, then kick back, sip, and mingle while our host works their sublimation magic. It’s your creative journey, so let’s make it unforgettable!
Take it Home!
Your candle needs just 45 minutes to set, then it’s yours! You can hang out and take it home that night, or pick it up later—it's totally your call. Just a heads-up, for the best scent throw, let it chill two weeks before lighting. Good things come to those who wait!

What is Included?
When you book a candle-making session, it's all included! Your 3-hour experience comes with the candle jar, your custom design, the wick, the wax, and your fragrance! Plus, enjoy complimentary soda and sparkling water.
BYOB & Snacks
Our workshops are BYOB and snacks friendly! Grab your favorite friends, your favorite beverage, and create your own vibe!
Plus, snag a complimentary soda or sparkling water from our studio cooler!
Please note: We have wine glasses and a wine opener on hand if needed, but we can't provide ice, utensils, or paper products.
Workshop Size
We keep session sizes small (5-10 guests per class) to ensure we can help each of you bring your product design vision to fruition, should you want our help in the designing process. Plus, we need enough time for mingling and selfies at our photo wall, too!
What is Sublimation?
Sublimation printing is a special process where sublimation ink is permanently infused into our blank products (most commonly drinkware) via a commercial grade sublimation heat press. The product is printed with your custom design and remains beautiful, vibrant, and smooth. No vinyl, decal, or sticker peeling!

Studio Policies
PHOTO RELEASE AND AUTHORIZATION
Get Merchie is granted permission to use group or individual photo images and video taken during our events for any legal use, including but not limited to: publicity, copyright purposes, illustration, advertising, marketing on social media, and web content. Furthermore, I understand that no royalty, fee, or other compensation shall become payable to me by reason of such use.
ALCOHOL POLICY (ADULTS 21 & UP)
I understand that I am attending a BYOB event. Guests must be at least 21 years old to consume alcohol. If I am of legal drinking age, I may bring my own unopened container of wine, champagne, beer, or seltzer to the studio. I acknowledge that Get Merchie is a craft studio that allows its participants to BYOB while they attend workshop events and it does not supply or sell alcohol to its customers. I will consume alcohol that I bring responsibly, and I have been encouraged to take a taxi, rideshare, or carpool if I will be drinking alcohol. I assume all risk for my actions while under the influence of alcohol. I understand if there are any concerns about my ability to operate a motor vehicle upon leaving Get Merchie, any representative of Get Merchie may call local law enforcement to conduct a welfare check on my behalf, but does not have an obligation to do so. I understand that I cannot remove an open container of alcohol from the premises and must leave opened bottles behind for disposal.
AGE POLICY
Anyone who can work a computer and wants to design their own custom merch is welcome to attend a Get Merchie merch-making experience. However, these experiences are best suited for those 10 years of age and older. If I choose to bring a minor to an experience, I understand other guests may be drinking, adult language may be used, and commercial heat press equipment will be present. Must be 21 to drink alcohol.
ARRIVAL POLICY
Due to the fast-paced agenda, our merch-making sessions start promptly on time. Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time. You may arrive up to 30 minutes early, but please know the studio host will be busy setting up the studio for your experience.
Private parties may arrive up to an hour early if you wish to decorate the studio.
Late arrivals may not be able to participate and may lose their registration fee.
Each merch-making attendee will need to have a paid seat for entry into studio.
REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds once a reservation is made. If notification of cancellation is made one week or more before your scheduled event, a studio credit can be applied to your account.
No shows cannot be refunded and will not receive a studio credit.
While rare, Get Merchie reserves the right to cancel an event for unforeseen circumstances or for situations outside of our control. We will do our best to notify you at least 24 hours before your scheduled event should we need to cancel your event. If an event is cancelled, you can either be moved to another event time or we can issue you a studio credit.
FINAL PAYMENT, REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY (PRIVATE PARTIES)
Final payments are due within two business days of reserving your private party. You will receive a link via email with the invoice to make and process your payment.
If you notify the studio two weeks or more before your reservation date, a full refund can be issued or studio credit can be applied to your account for future events.
WHAT YOU CAN BRING
We are BYOB friendly, so feel free to bring your favorite bottle of wine, champagne, beer, or seltzer. We provide cups and wine openers, but do not provide ice.
Must be 21 or older to consume alcohol.
You can bring snacks or finger foods. A refrigerator is available, but we cannot provide ice, paper products, or eating or serving utensils.
